If you are unable to authenticate on your current account, creating a support request may require you to create a new account.
For your convenience and security, Daybreak Games is now supporting the Google Authenticator™ app to use for your multi-factor-authentication. The Google Authenticator registration can be done on the Account Enhanced Security page.
